Original paintings, fine art prints, and other artwork offered on this website are subject to availability. Original artworks are unique and available on a first-purchase basis. Every effort is made to accurately represent artwork through photographs and descriptions; however, slight variations in color may occur due to screen settings and display devices.

Pricing and Payment

All prices displayed on this website are listed in the applicable currency and are subject to change without notice. Payments are processed securely through authorized payment providers.

Ownership of artwork transfers to the purchaser only after full payment has been received.

Shipping and Delivery

Purchased artwork will be shipped to the address provided during checkout. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination, customs procedures, and carrier performance.

The purchaser is responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

Intellectual Property

Refund Policy

Original artworks and fine art prints are carefully inspected before shipment.

If an artwork arrives damaged or defective, notification must be provided within 7 days of delivery, together with photographs documenting the damage. Upon review, a replacement, repair, or refund may be offered where appropriate.

Except as required by applicable law, refunds are not provided for reasons such as change of mind, personal preference, or incorrect purchases.

Cancellation Policy

Orders for original artworks may be cancelled before shipment. Once an artwork has been shipped, the order can no longer be cancelled.

Orders for commissioned or custom artworks may not be cancelled once work has commenced unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Adithya Bodi Fine Art shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or the purchase of products.
