Overview
This Cancellation & Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through adithyabodi.com, including original artworks, fine art prints, and commissioned works.
Order Cancellation
Original Artwork
Orders for original artworks may be cancelled before shipment. Once an artwork has been shipped, the order can no longer be cancelled.
Fine Art Prints
Orders for fine art prints may be cancelled before production or shipment begins. Once production has commenced or the order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
Commissioned Artwork
Commissioned or custom artworks are created specifically for the client and may not be cancelled once work has commenced, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Refund Policy
Damaged or Defective Items
If an artwork arrives damaged or defective, notification must be provided within 7 days of delivery. The request should include photographs clearly showing the damage and the packaging condition.
Upon review, a replacement, repair, or refund may be offered at our discretion where appropriate.
Incorrect Items
If an incorrect item is received, contact must be made within 7 days of delivery. Upon verification, a replacement or refund will be arranged.
Change of Mind
Due to the nature of fine art and limited-edition products, refunds are generally not available for:

Personal preference
Incorrect selection by the purchaser
Variations in appearance caused by screen or monitor settings
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method used for the purchase. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider and financial institution.
